Google made important changes with policies for developers on GooglePlay, the official store for Android smartphone APPs. With it they

A year ago Google release a program called Bouncer, that checks for malware, spyware and trojans as an automatic scanner when Android App´s were submitted to GooglePlay. These App´s went live on GooglePlay within five minutes of submission.
But it could not prevent App´s cheating users with high annual fees, undemanded delivery of dirty videos, hate speech, gambling or only frustrating ad-related content.

With the new checking guidelines it takes some hours and the old App´s have to be adjusted to the new content policies of GooglePlay.
